My favorite books: I have to admit, I LOVE non-fiction for the most part, but I do love a good mystery still. I enjoyed plowing through Sue Grafton's series as I grew up, while my dad sold her books and did book signings for her in Santa Barbara at his bookstore.

I'm the daughter of two teachers, one of whom even owned a bookstore as well during 40 years of teaching English. Reading was my lifeblood growing up, and expanded my world with mysteries, adventures and true tales.
Were it offered to my choice, I should have no objection to a repetition of the same life from its beginning, only asking the advantages authors have in a second edition to correct some faults in the first

(Kurzer Buchausschnitt:) Alles, was sie dabei hat, hat sie neu gekauft, der Koffer ist vollkommen sauber, man kann sogar noch den Geruch der Produktion erkennen. Nichts hat sie aus ihrem, alten Leben mitgenommen. Nicht einmal ihren Namen und ihr Alter.
