Thank you for the review on "Save the Salmon". That, and "Winning Isn't Everything" were a couple of flash fiction efforts for a 24-hour contest, one in the winter, the other for the summer.

They were fun. They tell you the theme on a specified day with the maximum word count (900 & 850 on those two), and you had 24-hours to come up with something and get it back to them. One minute late, one word too long or ignore the theme and you were disqualified.

Writing under pressure, but it was fun and those two were entries (didn't win though).
