Eye took the blue cobalt radiation flower and placed it in the crucible box added in the silver oxide closed the box and prayed. There was a small muffled explosion. For on a larger scale this would be the cobalt bomb. Eye just needed to make it now invisible so they can not stop the bomb from going off. The Doctor like the octopus has smarter now become.
