Thank you for sharing!
I really enjoyed listening to your audio book. I catch myself using different styles of communication depending on the task, situation and environment I am in. Being a husband, coach and business owner I am wearing different hats all the time. Each role requires a different style of communication. Thanks for reminding me to really adapt to who I am communicating with to be more effective.
