Writing Contest "Rain Stories"
We are proud to present the third BookRix writing competition. Authors as well as readers can enter the competition and win money!
Timeline
The contest starts on September, 15th 2009 and runs for a month. Authors must register their books for the competition by October 15th 2009, 12 pm (EDT)/9 am (PDT). Write a story that has anything to do with rain. It must not be longer than 25 BookRix pages. During the contest, readers can vote for their favorite book. Readers’ votes determine the competition winners. The authors who are rank 1 to 3 in the competition charts on October 15th 2009 at 12 pm (EDT) / 9 am (PDT) will win.
Prizes
Both authors and readers can win cash prizes. You must register to enter a book into the contest and to rate books. You must vote on at least one book to enter the contest.
Prizes for authors:
First Prize: $1000
Second Prize: $500
Third Prize: $300
Prizes for readers:
10 Amazon vouchers each worth $20 will be raffled among all readers taking part in the vote.
