Thanks for the praise. I'm certainly glad you enjoyed the story. I make a point of telling other writers here how much I like their poetry or prose when I stumble across something I like. We all need that little bit of emotional/ego reinforcement, because writing is such a solitary pursuit.

Thanks for the correction and I appreciate your kind words. Whenever I read something I like by one of the other writers here, I make sure to let them know. Writing is a rather lonely enterprise. By the way, this is the second short story that I've written based on a theme from E. M. Forster's A Room with a View.
