Can we say, ""bribery""?

When economists and politicians were selling the concept of globalization,
they never talked about the fact that not only would millions of Americans
lose their jobs with no replacement positions in sight, but that entire family
based communities would be decimated. That it has taken until 2018 for the
seminal work on globalization to tell us that our workers couldn’t, in fact,
actually compete with people who make just cents on the dollar just shows how
out of touch these “experts” are. Now comes the most recent round of economic
theories with the usual graphs and stats purporting to show that the benefits
of globalization (besides cheap things made in China) will inure to the US any
day now. One wonders what hidden surprises await this time.

Dankbar für Inspiration. Poesie hat den Vorteil, dass sie nach keinerlei Spannung verlangt, keine Handlung benötigt, sie will nicht mal einen Protagonisten. Gedankentiefe ist ihr aber ganz recht - oder Ulk , den findet sie auch nicht schlecht. Ein Akrostichon für Lyrik und Poesie - ergründen, was es auf sich hat mit den Gedichten.
