The Notebooks Of Leonardo Da Vinci, Volume 2 (fiscle Part-XI)
The Notebooks of Leonardo da Vinci are a series of manuscripts consisting of a collection of writings, annotations, drawings and studies by Leonardo da Vinci. The manuscripts are scattered in designated locations around the world, and are generally titled as codices according to their size, current or previous location, and/or previous ownership. The existing manuscripts and notebooks are considered to be about one fifth of the whole bulk of papers left by Leonardo; the rest is held to have been lost.[1] Some of the manuscripts, such as the Codex Urbinas, are transcriptions that were made by Leonardo's heir Francesco Melzi following Leonardo's death, with Leonardo's original manuscript now lost.[citation needed]
