’s very unfortunate this word’s meaning is evolving alongside wit
h the world as it
’s real meaning is no longer in use. Many are trying to prove its “Digital” meaning and unfortunately while in the run, the unlucky ones are perishing even before proving it. Some happen to be very young but since they got swayed during the initiation days, they end being amongst the victims.
Others, on the other hand, are in great need of beginning the fitness lifestyle but being new to the system, they’re held back as they don’t know where to begin.
Composed in this piece are tips I came to realize I missed during my “Beginner” stage which then prompted me to go back and begin again from square one as they are tips crucial in any Workout. With a Goal of trying to prove the Natural fitness as the real form of lifestyle, in this book I have shared the knowledge I have so far acquired and also some I have borrowed from other professionals who are working hard pressing for Natural fitness. Let’s workout the Natural way as we were created to Preserve and not Destroy.
