Jepun merupakan pelabur asing terbesar di Indonesia pada akhir bulan Jun 1960 dengan nilai sebanyak US$ 3.9 bilion dilaburkan dalam 202 projek. Setiausaha Agung Kementerian Perindustrian, Agus Sujono menyatakan projek-projek pelaburan Jepun yang telah siap pada masa itu berjumlah US$ 1.5 bilion (The Business Times, 26 Februari 1981). Pada bulan April 1971, Kementerian Pertanian Indonesia memberikan kebenaran kepada syarikat-syarikat Jepun dan Malaysia Timur untuk melakukan usaha perhutanan bersama di Borneo (The Straits Times, 16 April 1971). Menjelang tahun 1972, kerajaan Jepun telah menyediakan bantuan pinjaman pelaburan berjumlah 5.4 juta yen kepada pengusaha-pengusaha swasta di Indonesia (Berita Harian, 11 Oktober 1972). This book is a collection of papers presented at the historical dialogue conducted by the Malaysian Historical Society (on behalf of Malaysia) and Indonesian Historians Society (on behalf of Indonesia) in Johor Bahru from 1-3 October 2010, hosted and organized by Yayasan Warisan Johor. The meeting in Johor Bahru is the third in a series of Malaysia-Indonesia Historical Collective Generating Dialogue. The first dialogue was held in Jakarta from 17 to 19 March 2009, inaugurated by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Bapak Dr. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhuyuno at the Presidential Palace. The second dialogue takes place in Tanjung Pinang in Riau Islands from October 7 to 10, 2009, inaugurated by the Governor of Riau Province, Bapak Ismeth Abdullah. Dialogue in Johor Bahru is the third in the series and the first to be held in Malaysia, inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Johor, YAB Dato' Haji Abdul Ghani Othman. Oral evidence is among the most important sources in historical research. Documentation of oral history is a test of our ability as a researcher, about the ability to get other people's beliefs in order to provide their cooperation and ability to dispute their memories in an honest and imaginative. This book is available to help a person achieve the objective of producing recordings and transcripts of historical value as a source of good history. The first chapter introduces the history and historical sources in order to provide basic knowledge about the history and sources for historical research. The world is currently in crisis, a financial crisis of 2008 up to 2012. The phenomena of financial crisis is not new, as the world experienced it on 1930’s Great Depression, not to mention in the late 1980s and the famous 1996-2000 Asian financial crisis that held Indonesia and most countries in Asia in monetary crisis. This research aim to clarify deflect value of beta-stock coefficient enlisted Indonesian Stock Exchange and correction to the diffraction value by Scholes & Williams, Dimson, and also Fowler & Rorke method. The result indicate that beta-stock value is deflect, others result form normality-test also confirm the abnormal of return distribution. Adequate correction method for abnormal return distribution is Scholes And Williams with correct period 2 lag and 3 lead, while for normal distribution is Fowler-Rorke method with correct period 3 lag and 1 lead.
